This is Fox's Miho borrowing a wig and Evans body. He should have a body shortly, but we wanted to test him out. I did his faceup last night and we made the eyes using some old blue acrylics and silver stickers. n.n

Haha so he's still very much in progress but here's a shopped up photo of Evan. Blah, the lighting was so horiible this was the only way it looked halfway decent.

Anyway, I forgot to put a beauty mark on him when I did his faceup! OMG I can't believe I forgot. x.x He's also getting a tattoo on his chest and depending on how it looks, a lip ring. <3 I can't wait to finish him. I just wish that I had more time right now! His wig could also use a trim. I really wanted a fiber wig but I guess this will work for now. It's kind of growing on me~ <3

So nothing new lately, I'm just bored.

I worked on taking some pictures for the BBB photo contest this weekend. They turned out really great and I'll post a few once the contest is over. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post them elsewhere before it's over... I really like how the ones of Fox's Elena came out. <3

I'm still working on getting my Ryu finished. He has a great body now at least. Now if his hair would just get here... I can dream. He's definitely a red headed, green eyed boy. I always pictured him that way. I'm just hoping the wig will look good. I wasn't able to find a fiber wig in the natural color I wanted (that was under $40 anyway, ouch), so I went with fur. I think he'll look good a little bit wild anyway. XD

On another note, yayyy, I got a body for my Ryu! I decided on an AOD type one body. It matches really well. I wiped off the first faceup that I gave him and plan to get started on a new one soon. I can't wait to finish him! <3

I got my shipping notice for my Ryu head from migidoll! I'm so excited~ I got the notice on the 18th, so he should be here fairly soon. n.n

Nothing really new. I've started testing on some simple, cute outfits. I'm not a professional seamstress by any means, but I'm alright as far as sewing goes. If I can make something good enough I might consider opening a small shop. So far I've been making short bloomer and fleece top sets with ribbons, beads and charms on them. I'll put up some pictures when I get over my shyness. >.< That's the only thing holding me back at this point. Damn shyness. u.u;;

Edit: Lol, they're kind of like the ones Errill is wearing, only a little bit higher quality. >.< Poor Errill~

I haven't introduced her to Tsubaki yet, but my new baby Errill, the Bobobie Sprite arrived today~

I know it's really big, but Fox needed some jewelry for her girl that's going to be coming. I think it helps her manage the waiting better when I make things. XP Wheee, Tsubaki wanted to model it so I let him. n.n;;







Anyway, still waiting for my Sprite to come. n.n I think she'll be here tomorrow. I realized after I placed my order that I forgot eyelashes. ;.; Gotta run to Rite Aid and get some when she comes. Other than that, I've been slacking off from everything to make clothes! It's worth it though because it's fun. XP

I am SO horrible XD I just couldn't resist, so I ordered a Bobobie sprite girl. I didn't really like her at first, but I think it was just that I was looking at the default pictures on the Bobobie site, which aren't flattering. >.< I started to look at user pictures, and for some reason she instantly grew on me. I'm so in looove. <3

And I thought I was poor before this. >.<

So it seems that Tsubaki will have a friend sooner than I thought. I found out that Migidoll was having their sale of Ryu, Miho and Miu heads. Being that I've always lusted after the Ryu head, I went and ordered one. My bank account is screaming at me, but I'm happy as a clam right now. Once I figure out which body I like best for my Ryu head, I'll get it for him.

It seems my doll family is growing more quickly than I expected. >.<;

This morning his shoes arrived! I'm so excited. I got 2 pair, but the ones he's wearing in his pictures are my favorites.


I made him a pretty basic black denim jean and sweater and socks outfit n.n I think he's cute in it though.

So I completed my first faceup on Tsubaki today. I really wanted something semi natural looking and I'm happy with the results. n.n The only thing that I left untouched were his eyebrows, as I kind of liked the ones he already had. I used watercolor pencils and chalk pastels only for the coloring. I sealed with msc flat and glossed his lips and part of his eyelids with sculpey glaze.

It looks so much more dramatic in person. Maybe I'll take some pictures in the daytime. I always take them at night and I think it effects the way he looks. XD I'll put a few of the pics behind a cut because this will be a big pic post. XD

This wig is kind of cute XD I ordered a black one that isn't here yet. I always pictured him having darker hair, so when it gets here I'll take more pictures.

Lol, yeah so many pictures. I didn't even put them all here. I'll take more when his other hair arrives and I make him a new, non screwed up shirt.

Unfortunately, for now, I am a poor doll owner. XD I hope Tsubaki doesn't mind that I'll be making all of his clothes at least for a while. I'm not an expert seamstress, but I know my way around a sewing machine for the most part. I have a lot of cosplay making experience, but no doll clothes experience. I'm learning so many new things already. It's such a different order of doing things! In away it's easier because everything is smaller, but in a way it isn't, because everything is smaller...>.<

So far I've made a pair of shorts, 2 pairs of stockings, a button down shirt (that needs the buttons to be sewn on still n.n;;, a pair of boxers, some pants to go with an aodai outfit that Fox wants for her girl when she comes, and some lolita accessories (also for Fox's girl.) I have the sewing bug right now, but I only have limited time to sew!! I hate it.


Tsubaki in his boxers. He looks embarrassed to be nearly naked. XD He's also very shiny. I'm waiting on a can of msc so that I can fix some of that and do some body blushing as well as attempt to touch up his faceup.

Yayyy my first entry here. A lot of people know that I've lusted after ball jointed dolls for years, but have never had the chance to get one of my own. Happily though, I was finally able to!!

On May 16th, Tsubaki arrived. He's a 60cm Bobobie Apollo sculpt. I was surprised at how big he actually was when I took him out of the box. He's absolutely beautiful though. I'm still waiting for his wigs, new eyes and shoes to get here, but I've made him a couple of outfits so far.

My roommate is scared of him, and Fox said that she would be too. When he got here though, she fell instantly in love and ordered a 60cm Bobobie Elena sculp. Now we're going to have two!

As of now, I'm working on Tsubaki's faceup, but I'll put some pictures from when he first got here up. n.n
